Troubled star Lindsay Lohan Lindsay Lohan is back in rehab!

The actress, who was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) on Saturday morning after crashing her Mercedes convertible in Beverly Hills, California checked into Promises rehab facility in Malibu Monday.

A friend tells In Touch magazine, "She finally realizes it's the right thing to do. She is going willingly."

It will be the second time in just over four months the star has been admitted to a rehab facility - she completed a 30-day program at Wonderland in Los Angeles in February.

She will stay at Promises for 30 days and will then participate in an outpatient program.

But before checking into rehab, Lohan partied over Memorial Day weekend.

She reportedly passed out in the passenger seat of a car driven by DJ pal Samantha Ronson following a Memorial Day party at Hollywood nightclub Teddy's Monday.

According to reports, a disheveled-looking Lohan slumped into Ronson's car - who she is alleged to have been chasing at the time of Sunday's crash which led to her arrest - with blood on her hand from a fresh wound.

She was also photographed stumbling outside the club, and appeared to be vomiting on the sidewalk at around 4am Monday morning.
